Assumptions and Limitations
- •This estimate excludes Skills Development Levy, Foreign Worker Levy, insurance, benefits.
- •The annual projection simulates each month individually so ceilings are not counted incorrectly.
- •OW ceiling is $8,000 per month from 1 January 2026.
- •Results are estimates. Actual payroll may differ if earlier wages, leave, back pay or sector-specific rules apply.
How We Calculate This
We simulate each month of employment individually, applying the official CPF contribution rates for the selected age band and residency status. The monthly Ordinary Wage is capped at $8,000. Employer CPF is added to gross wages to produce the total employer cost. See our full methodology page for details.
