Salary Ceilings
CPF contributions are subject to two key caps:
- Ordinary Wage (OW) ceiling: S$8,000 per month. Only the first S$8,000 of your monthly salary attracts CPF contributions.
- Annual Additional Wage (AW) ceiling: S$102,000 minus the OW subject to CPF for the year. This applies to bonuses and other ad-hoc payments.
